Subscriptions

Auto-Renewal Disclosure

YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW UNLESS CANCELLED PRIOR TO YOUR NEXT BILLING DATE.

By placing a subscription order, you authorize Rynse to automatically charge your selected payment method for recurring orders at your chosen interval.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Subscription orders renew automatically

  • Charges will occur automatically at each billing cycle

  • Renewal orders that have already been processed or fulfilled are not eligible for cancellation or refund

  • It is your responsibility to manage, pause, skip, modify, or cancel your subscription before the next renewal date

Failure to cancel before the renewal billing date does not qualify as grounds for a refund.

Managing Your Subscription

You may manage your subscription at any time by using the subscription management link included in your order confirmation emails.

Depending on your subscription settings, you may be able to:

  • Cancel your subscription

  • Pause future deliveries

  • Skip an upcoming order

  • Update billing information

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

To avoid being charged for your next recurring order, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date.

If a subscription order has already been processed, packed, or fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled.

All cancellations become effective after the current billing cycle ends.

Rynse is not responsible for failed deliveries, delays, or additional charges caused by outdated or incorrect account information.

Subscription Refunds

Failed Payments

Any material changes will be reflected on our website and may apply to future renewals.

Pre-Orders

Some products may occasionally be offered as pre-orders.

By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge that:

  • The item may not yet be in stock

  • Fulfillment timelines are estimates only

  • Payment may be collected at checkout or at a later fulfillment date

You may request cancellation of a pre-order before it has been fulfilled.

Once fulfilled, the order becomes subject to our standard Return & Refund Policy.

Try Before You Buy

Certain products may occasionally be offered through a “Try Before You Buy” program.

For these purchases:

  • Your payment method may be authorized before shipment

  • You will have a specified trial period to decide whether to keep the item
